How we move you over
Send us what you have
A spreadsheet or CSV export for each type is ideal. It does not have to match our format. If your system has no clean export, we work from its admin pages and reports.
We convert and import it
Dates, times, amounts and currency are converted for you. Nothing is charged and no emails go out while we import, and we spot-check bookings against your old system before going live.
Your guests claim their visits
Each guest gets one email, written together with you and sent in your name, with a personal link. They sign in with any email address and find their bookings, clips, balances and memberships waiting.
Memberships keep running
Members add a payment card by a deadline you set, and the first renewal is charged on their next charge date.
What we need from you
Tell us the currency of any amounts and the time zone of the times in your export. Many systems export times in UTC, and getting this right keeps every booking at the right hour.
Bookings
- Customer name, email and phone number
- The session date and start time, and its length or end time
- Which product or session type it is
- The number of seats and the price paid
- A unique reference, and whether the booking was cancelled
Punch passes
- Customer email
- Which product the pass is valid for
- The number of remaining clips and the value
- An expiry date, if the pass expires
- A short unique reference
Gift cards
- Customer email
- The remaining balance
- An expiry date, if it expires
- A short reference or the original code
Memberships
- Customer email
- Which membership or plan it is
- The next renewal or charge date
- An end date, if one is set
