You pay one transaction fee on each payment. It covers card processing through Adyen, bank fees and Periode. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no add-on fee, and you don’t need a Stripe account. SMS is charged per message. Rates depend on your country and go down as your volume grows.
Yes, and we do the work. We import your bookings, memberships, punch passes and gift cards from any system at no extra cost, then send each customer one email from you so they can claim what they had.
Payments run through Adyen, so guests can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and with local methods such as Vipps in Norway, Swish in Sweden and iDEAL in the Netherlands. Memberships can also be paid with Vipps.
Yes. Your booking pages and emails carry your logo, colours and fonts, and you link or embed them on any website. We can also build and release a branded app for your guests.
